#MAGA, #BuildTrump Wall: Report: America attracting poor, uneducated immigrants
Report: America attracting poor, uneducated immigrants: The helping hand offered by social welfare programs is being utilized by most legal and illegal immigrant families, the latest sign that many immigrants come to America for the taxpayer-funded benefits like Medicaid, subsidized food and cash, according to a new report based on Census data. In analyzing new Census reports, the Center for Immigration Studies found that immigrant families with one or more children use welfare far more than native American families. Welfare use by illegal immigrant households is certainly a concern, but the bigger issue is welfare use by legal immigrants, said Steven Camarota, the Center's director of research and author of the report.

#MAGA, #BuildTrumpWall: Illegal immigrant suspected in fatal car crash was deported eight times
Illegal immigrant suspected in fatal car crash was deported eight times: The Department of Justice said late Wednesday that a Mexican national charged this week for his role in a fatal car accident in October was an illegal immigrant who had been deported eight times. Miguel Angel Villasenor-Saucedo was charged in the death of two women in an accident in Louisville, Kentucky. Villasenor-Saucedo was the alleged driver of the truck, and he fled the scene. The suspect is still at large, and a warrant has been issued for his arrest, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office in the Western District of Kentucky. Soon after the fatal accident, it was learned that Villasenor-Saucedo was a Mexican national illegally present in the United States, the U.S. Attorney's Office said. Upon learning of Villasenor-Saucedo's illegal immigration status in the United States, the Immigration and Customs Enforcement office began investigating Villasenor-Saucedo and found that he had previously been deported from the United States on eight occasions and did not have lawful authority to be present in the United States.

Hillary Will Put Millions More In Poverty, If Elected: Pence: 'Millions more people in poverty' under Obama
Pence: 'Millions more people in poverty' under Obama: Gov. Mike Pence, R-Ind., argued Tuesday night that Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton's economic agenda would continue policies that have left millions more people in poverty in the years since President Obama took office. The truth of the matter is the policies of this administration which Hillary Clinton and Senator Kaine want to continue have run this economy into the ditch, Pence said during the vice presidential debate in Virginia. We're in the slowest economic recovery since the Great Depression. There are millions more people living in poverty today than the day that Barack Obama, with Hillary Clinton at his side, stepped into the Oval Office.

In debate, Clinton gets no follow-up questions, Trump gets 6: Republican Donald Trump was kept on the defensive at the first presidential debate, in several instances having to debate the highly anticipated event's moderator as well as his Democratic opponent. Trump was challenged on his answers Monday night at Hofstra University in New York at least six times by NBC's Lester Holt, according to the Washington Examiner's count. Hillary Clinton, meanwhile was no follow-up questions for the 90-minute debate. The debate was separated into three segments: Achieving Prosperity, America's Direction and Securing America. In the first segment, Trump was asked about his reluctance to release his tax returns, which he has said he is unwilling to make public until a federal audit on them has been completed, an excuse he reiterated during the debate.

Federal regulation of Internet coming, warn FCC, FEC commissioners
Federal regulation of Internet coming, warn FCC, FEC commissioners: Democrats targeting content and control of the Internet, especially from conservative sources, are pushing hard to layer on new regulations and even censorship under the guise of promoting diversity while policing bullying, warn commissioners from the Federal Communications Commission and Federal Election Commission.
“Protecting freedom on the Internet is just one vote away,” said Lee E. Goodman, a commissioner on the FEC which is divided three Democrats to three Republicans. “There is a cloud over your free speech.”
Freedom of speech on the Internet, added Ajit Pai, commissioner of the Federal Communications Commission, “is increasingly under threat.”
Pai and Goodman cited political correctness campaigns by Democrats as a threat. Both also said their agencies are becoming politicized and the liberals are using their power to push regulations that impact business and conservative outlets and voices.

Cruz snaring Trump's Arizona delegates
Cruz snaring Trump's Arizona delegates: Sen. Ted Cruz is out-hustling Donald Trump and looks set to ensure many Arizona delegates will defect to him in a convention floor fight.
The Texas senator, who ever since Iowa has played a stealthy ground game in contrast to Trump's chaotic populism, is taking steps to snatch the Republican presidential nomination from The Donald at the convention in July.
The New York businessman easily won last month's Arizona primary taking 47 percent to Cruz's 25 percent, scooping up all 58 of the state's delegates. That's nearly 5 percent of the 1,237 Trump needs for the nomination, and they're tied are to him on the first ballot.
But Cruz, exploiting deep opposition to Trump among grassroots Republicans, has been far more active in Arizona than Trump, insiders say. He's recruiting candidates for the available 55 delegate slots, that along with the other three delegate positions filled by party leaders, would be allowed to vote for him in a multi-ballot contested convention.
