In 2010 for the first time in history both the Heritage Foundation and the Wall Street Journal rated the United States as mostly free rather than our previous ranking of free behind 8 other countries rated more free. Further evidence of the extraordinary failure of leadership by President Obama arrived in April ,2011 when Standard & Poors downgraded our long term debt outlook from stable to negative.With each passing day Of Obama's Presidency, Ronald Reagans "Shining City On A Hill" (The U.S.A.) grows dimmer . Unfortunately, President Obama delivered as promised after his election to "Fundamentally Transform The United States Of America. Not exactly change you can believe in. Mr. President , where's the hope.
